After initially joining Stellar in November of 1998 as the head of Business Development, John Hollingsworth was appointed Global CEO in July 2010. Prior to this appointment he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Stellar Asia Pacific, dedicating himself to identifying innovative services and solutions to meet the ever changing needs of our clients and their customers.
Before joining Stellar, John brought to the table over a decade of operations experience gained primarily in the telecommunications and utilities sectors.

Melissa joined Stellar in 1999. As a key executive in the Stellar team since start up in this market, Melissa has been instrumental in Stellar's rapid growth to market leader in this region. As a contact centre professional, Melissa has over 20 years' experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients in customer contact management strategy across multiple industries including telecommunications, utilities, travel & transportation and government. Melissa has extensive onshore and offshore experience with more than 3,000 employees across the region.
Melissa's passion is building an ownership culture, investing significant time building a business literate team who know how to deliver stunning results. The company then shares more than 40% of profits directly with employees via monthly bonuses. Melissa is passionate about delivering results that improve customer satisfaction.
Chief Executive Officer, Europe
In January 2012, Michael Lumsden was appointed CEO of Stellar Europe, a new arm that signals an expanded geographic mandate for Stellar and recognises the growing market demand for pan European services.
Michael has over 25 years of experience in senior roles in sales, product management and client management. He has a successful track record in business development and client management in complex long term relationships across banking, telecommunications and FMCG. His leadership in various strategic initiatives and programs include mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
