Steve Morphett (Chairman)
Steve Morphett was appointed as inaugral CEO of Stellar Asia Pacific when it commenced in 1998 and presided over a period of rapid growth that ultimately saw an expansion of the brand with new ventures in the USA, Scotland and Philippines. Mr Morphett moved to the Stellar Global CEO role in 2007 which he held until his retirement in July 2010.
Steve has been associated with the communications industry for the past 20 years in a variety of senior executive roles, including 10 years with Telstra Corporation prior to joining Stellar

John Hollingsworth (Chief Executive Officer)
John Hollingsworth joined Stellar in November 1998 as head of Business Development bringing over 10 years of operations experience gained primarily in the telecommunications and utilities sectors. His knowledge and experience comes from the management of a number of large commercial operations across a range of diverse industries.
Prior to his appointment as Global CEO of Stellar in July 2010, John held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Stellar Asia Pacific. He has served as a Director of Stellar Asia Pacific since 2005 and is the Chairman of Stellar Business Process Solutions.

Melissa Hamilton (Chief Executive Officer)
Melissa Hamilton joined Stellar in 1999 bringing significant contact centre expertise gained from experience in senior management positions within the telecommunications industry. During her time at Stellar, Melissa has managed a range of operational and strategic functions including: large scale client integrations, commercial contract negotiation, client management, IT&T, workforce management and business planning.
Prior to her appointment as CEO of Stellar Asia Pacifc in July 2010, Melissa held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Stellar Asia Pacific and was key contributor to the development, design and operation of the Stellar business, delivering services to clients both domestically and offshore.

Mary Graham (Chief Executive Officer)
Mary Graham joined the Stellar Group in June of 2001 as Centre Director. Her significant experience and commitment to operational excellence lead to her rapid career progression from Head of Operations and Vice President to her appointment to CEO in 2005.
With a background in both Financial Services and the Airline industry, Mary draws upon 30 years of contact centre experience managing operations across both the UK and Canada.

Edmundo Miguel D Micaso (Chief Executive Officer)
Edmundo has over 20 years of IT experience and has worked in the Philippine BPO Industry since 2001. Before joining Stellar Philippines, Edmundo headed the IT Organizations for PeopleSupport Philippines (now Aegis PeopleSupport), Advanced Contact Solutions and SPI Technologies (now part of ePLDT).
Prior to taking on the CEO role, he was head of IT for Paxys, Inc., a holding company focused on investments in the BPO Industry, and is actively involved in key initiatives for the Paxys group including ERP System Implementation, the Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Development.

Robert Raymond (Chief Executive Officer)
Robert Raymond was appointed as CEO of Stellar Canada Inc. in January 2008. Robert has more than 20 years of professional experience in call centre management, sales organisation, budget and performance management, as well as strategic planning with Bell Canada, the largest communications company in Canada.
In his most recent role as Regional Manager, Robert used his entrepreneurial leadership to build strong business relationships in his region, where he is now a member of the board of administration of many public organisations. Robert has completed a Business Administration Program and is a graduate of intensive training in strategic management at the International Centre for Research and Studies in Management (CIREM).

Peter Trowbridge (Chief Executive Officer)
Peter was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Stellar US in January 2010. Peter joined Stellar Australia in 2002 as General Manager Operations and was later promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer Stellar Australia. During this time he was responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver Stellar's service across 8 operational centres within Australia.
Prior to Stellar, Peter has over 15 years of travel and airline contact centre industry experience, including six years leading a multi-site and product contact centre business unit.
Stellar Relay, LLC
Bernard Durocher (Chief Executive Officer)
Bernard Durocher was appointed CEO of Stellar Relay LLC in January 2008. In addition to leading start-up operations for Stellar-Nordia's relay business, Bernard has over 25 years of general management, contact centre and sales experience, including six years as a senior executive in the travel industry and 17 years with Bell Canada, the largest communications company in Canada.
Prior to his appointment as Stellar Relay's CEO, Bernard held the position of CEO for Nordia, Inc. Bernard was responsible for client relationship management, contract negotiation and management, operating budget management and control and profitability from service operations.
Stellar Restaurant Solutions (USA)
Steve Bigari (Chief Executive Officer)
Steve Bigari joined Stellar Restaurant Solutions as CEO when the company was launched in October 2007. As a McDonald's franchise operator for 19 years, Steve was integral in innovating new concepts such as credit and debit card acceptance at Quick Service Restaurants (QSR's) and the Made For You service delivery model. During this time he was chairman of the McDonald's innovation team. Steve grew his McDonald's business franchise from US$1.5 million to US$20 million in just 12 years.
Steve is in the top 5% of all consultants in the restaurant industry with the GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) of 150,000 consultants. In 2006, he was recognized as "Colorado Springs Business Citizen of the Year". Steve has successfully started 14 companies and now owns 3 industry patents. Steve is a graduate of West Point US Military Academy .
