Melissa Hamilton

Melissa Hamilton – Chief Executive Officer

Melissa joined Stellar in 1999.  As a key executive in the Stellar team since start up in this market, Melissa has been instrumental in the rapid growth to market leader in this region.  As a contact centre professional, Melissa has over 20 years experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients in customer contact management strategy across multiple industries including telecommunications, utilities, travel & transport and government. Melissa has extensive onshore and offshore experience with more than 3,000 employees across the region. Melissa's passion is building an ownership culture, investing significant time building a business literate team who know how to deliver stunning results. The company then shares more than 40% of profits directly with employees via monthly bonuses. Melissa is passionate about delivering results that improve customer satisfaction.

Kelli Gorman

Kelli Gorman – Chief Operating Officer

One of Stellar’s original centre managers, Kelli joined Stellar in 1999 after 10 years experience in the banking sector. Kelli’s role immediately prior to her appointment as COO was Chief Strategy Officer and in that role she was responsible for the entry strategy for our Philippines operation and a niche business in the US. Kelli has a unique understanding of Stellar’s global operations and in her current role as COO has driven significant improvements in Stellar’s operational performance across our Asia Pacific portfolio.

Rachel O'Loughlin

Rachel O’Loughlin – Chief Commercial Officer

Rachel O’Loughlin joined Stellar in 2001and has over 15 years experience in the contact centre industry across both domestic and international markets.  In her current role Rachel is accountable for Stellar’s sales and marketing strategies, business strategy, project management and commercial functions.

Padam Chirmuley – Group General Manager Human Resources

A commercially focused leader, Padam joined Stellar in early 2014, bringing 20 years of HR experience to the leadership team.  Padam has worked across industries such as finance & insurance, consulting and information & data services, and in multinational, ASX-listed, not-for-profit, partnership and Private Equity environments. 

Padam’s passion is to continue to elevate the HR function to the role of business advisor to the Stellar leadership team and to ensure that through Stellar’s Open Book Management culture all employees understand how their contribution impacts the success of the business. 

  

Farid Jarrar

Farid Jarrar – Chief Information Officer

Farid joined the Stellar team in 2010 bringing with him over 20 years experience in the IT industry coupled with 12 years experience within the contact centre and telephony industry.  Farid has a successful track record in business process outsourcing and contact centre technologies across telecommunications, government, health and utilities.  His leadership in various strategic initiatives encompasses major technology outsourcing projects, mergers, acquisitions and divestments. 

David Arndt

David Arndt– Chief Financial Officer

David joined Stellar in early 2010 in the role of Financial Controller and was a key facilitator in transitioning the Finance function to Melbourne from Sydney. He subsequently assumed the Chief Financial Officer role in 2012 having built a high performing Finance Team. David’s background consists of 15 plus years in various Senior Financial roles, predominately in the retail and travel industry. David is passionate about the Open Book Management culture within Stellar and embraces all opportunities to educate staff in the fundamentals and principals of Finance and how they impact both professionally and personally.
