Stellar, a global expert in Managing Customer Relationships (MCR), recently supported the CCA Global Customer Contact Convention, which was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on the 4th and 5th November.
Stellar, a support sponsor of the CCA event, also lead the Innovations Theatre on Future Innovations. This session featured Andrew Reid, Stellar's Head of Information Technology in the UK, who lead a discussion about the development of the Stellar IQ business intelligence tool, which has the capacity to deliver deeper customer insight and a value added service to a wide range of clients.
