Chief Executive Officer, Global
After initially joining Stellar in November of 1998 as the head of Business Development, John Hollingsworth was appointed Global CEO in July 2010. Prior to this appointment he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Stellar Asia Pacific, dedicating himself to identifying innovative services and solutions to meet the ever changing needs of our clients and their customers.
Before joining Stellar, John brought to the table over a decade of operations experience gained primarily in the telecommunications and utilities sectors.
Chief Executive Officer, North America
Staci has 17 years in the business process outsourcing industry with extensive experience in global operations, strategy, management, integration and sales. Staci has supported clients in telecommunications, consumer electronics, travel and transportation, retail and government in the US and abroad.
Prior to re-joining Stellar in 2011 as Vice President of Sales and Strategy, Staci spent a number of years growing existing accounts in both sales and operational roles. Notably, she was a Regional Operations VP with ownership for a single account that grew over 40 percent in two years ultimately supporting 7,000 front line agents. She was part of the original team that supported Stellar’s launch working in Australia from 1999 to 2002.
Staci graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Chief Executive Officer
Stellar Restaurant Solutions
Steve Bigari is Stellar Restaurant Solutions’ inaugural CEO, beginning when the company was launched in October 2007. Steve is in the top 5% of all consultants in the restaurant industry with the GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) of 150,000 consultants. In 2006, he was recognized as "Colorado Springs Business Citizen of the Year" and has successfully started 14 companies as well as owning 3 industry patents.
As a McDonald's franchise operator for 19 years, Steve was integral in innovating new concepts such as credit and debit card acceptance at Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and the Made For You service delivery model. During this time he was also chairman of the McDonald's innovation team. Steve grew his McDonald's business franchise from US$1.5 million to US$20 million in just 12 years.
Chief Financial Officer
Len joined Stellar US in June 2009, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2010. He was responsible for assisting with the launch of Stellar US, and now for Stellar North America.
Len has over 20 years of experience, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the manufacturing, entertainment and retail industries. His certifications include Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Cash Manager.
Vice President of Canada Operations
Bernard joined Stellar in September 2004 and brought with him 20 years of operational experience from the telecom and travel industries. He led and managed the growth, across Canada, of a multi-site contact center in the travel industry.
Bernard thrives on operations and strongly believes in operational processes and team work. His energy is focused on Stellar’s growth and profitability while making sure that the Open Book Management culture will be fully embedded in Stellar’s centers across North America, beginning with the center located in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to his present role as an Executive for the Canadian branch of Stellar, Bernard, from June 2006 until September of 2011, held the positions of CEO for Stellar Relay, managing 3 centers dedicated to relay business and CEO for a mufti-site contact center entity which regrouped 6 centers spread across the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. He was responsible for client management, sales and profitability for these companies.
Bernard has a strong knowledge of operations and led numerous call centers in the telecom, travel and BPO industries.
