Stellar’s unique culture recognised at Contact Center World in Singapore

Stellar is proud to announce they have been awarded silver for the “Best Incentive Scheme” at the 2013 Contact Center World Best Practices Conference and Awards. The category was judged by a panel of experts and peers and recognises the impact and value of incentive schemes from both in-house contact centres and outsourced services providers.

Jenny Angus, Group General Manager, presented Stellar’s unique profit-sharing incentive program to over 400 delegates from all over Asia. This was the first time they have participated in the awards.

Melissa Hamilton, Stellar CEO (Asia Pacific), was delighted and commented, “It is wonderful recognition of a key component of our Open Book Management culture. This incentive program draws a direct line of sight between our client’s key drivers of success and our employee’s monthly incentives. A simple summary is that we teach employees to think like business owners, and educate the people who create the performance numbers to understand what they actually mean and why they matter.”
