Stellar collects two medals at the 2014 Contact Center World AwardsFollowing the April announcement that they had been shortlisted for two categories in the 2014 Contact Center World Best Practices Conference and Awards, Stellar is proud to announce that they received awards for both categories.
The first award was received in the category of Making Outsourcing Work, and recognised the decade-long partnership between Stellar and Simply Energy, one of Australia’s leading energy retailers. Co-presenting with Carly Wishart from Simply Energy, the Stellar team were delighted to share their experience in the growth and evolution of the partnership. This case study received a Bronze award.

In the category of Developing Innovative Business solutions, Farid Jarrar, Chief Information Officer, was thrilled to pick up an award for Stellar’s proprietary campaignStar® solution. “We were delighted to be able to share our innovation journey and receive recognition for our continued drive to deliver excellence in business process optimisation. Over the years we have developed campaignStar into a sophisticated workflow management and automation tool. It is relied upon by our clients to manage hundreds of thousands of complex workflow, back office and email transactions to deliver improved efficiencies and insight across multiple channels and business segments. I am enormously proud of what we achieved and I would like to thank my team for their relentless pursuit of excellence and continued innovation.”
