Stellar goes 24/7 in response to customer growth

Stellar Europe today announced that they are moving to 24/7 operational coverage in response to recent growth in a key client account where they provide Live Chat services to a leading UK On-line Digital Advertising client.

After a successful Proof of Concept trial which yielded positive results, the client re-affirmed their support of Stellar Europe by requesting extended operational coverage on a 24/7 basis to service their on-line customer base.

Stellar Europe employs around 350 people in Scotland with contact centre locations based in Irvine, Ayrshire and Paisley, Renfrewshire.
