Stellar short-listed for CCA Excellence Awards 2012

CCA, the leading independent authority on contact centre strategies and operations, today announced the shortlist for CCA Excellence Awards 2012 in which Stellar have been nominated in the category of Best Outsourcing Partnership.

CCA Excellence Awards programme is designed to recognise achievements of individuals and organisations committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The Excellence Awards is the most respected and sought-after programme, unique through its peer group judging process. The judging panel and Awards Committee include professionals from all sectors, and senior executives with wide-ranging experience in customer contact centres.

Based on the scores allocated to Stellar’s submission for Best Outsourcing Partnership with our client, ADMS Europe, who specialise in developing insurance products tailored to the needs of customers including major European banking, retail and financial services brands, the CCA have confirmed that Stellar Europe LLC & ADMS Europe have been successful in reaching the shortlist for CCA Excellence Award category – Best Outsourcing Partnership.
