The CCMA Awards, now in their eighteenth year, aim to endorse best practice, reward innovation and promote excellence within the contact and call centre industry. These prestigious awards recognise outstanding performance by managers and supervisors of contact centres, helpdesks and customer service organisations throughout the UK.
Stellar’s Alan Jaszewski, Head of Operations (UK) and Dunc Smith, Business Intelligence Administrator (UK) have been shortlisted in the categories of Professional of the Year: Manager, and Support Manager of the Year respectively.
